Sarah Jessica Parker finally finds buyer for $20M house

Serial real estate hunter Sarah Jessica Parker has finally found a buyer for her Greenwich Village townhouse, after several price cuts and nearly three years on the market, the Daily News has learned. The property, a spectacular Greek Revival-style townhouse at 20 E. 10th St., between Fifth Ave. and University Pl., has gone into contract, last priced at $19.95 million.
