Delaware invades New York - one dish at a time

I'm not much for awards shows, red carpets and all that. But I have to admit to a bit of a thrill when I was invited by SoDel Concepts President and CEO Scott Kammerer to dine at the chefs' table at the James Beard House in New York City.
