Philadelphia native, former S.J. resident, killed in New York City freak accident, reports say

A Philadelphia native, who also had addresses in South Jersey, was killed Tuesday night in Manhattan when a piece of plywood was blown off a construction site, striking and killing her, according to media reports. Tram Thuy Nguyen, 37, was across the street when the 4-foot-by-8-foot piece of construction fence from a condominium development came loose and struck her, according to the Associated Press.
