Chef Koren Grieveson Out at Year-Old Greenwich Village Charmer Claudette

It looks like chef Koren Grieveson, the chef de cuisine at Carlos Suarez and Wade Moises's Provencal dreamboat, Claudette , has parted ways with the restaurant, a little under a year into its lifespan. A manager at the Greenwich Village restaurant tells Eater that Grieveson left the restaurant about a week ago, and that the split was a mutual decision.
