Eats beat: Fried chicken, Cuban-Chinese fusion and spelt vodka

Fried-chicken lovers now have two more spots in New York where they can indulge. Former "Top Chef" contestant Chaz Brown has opened Seoul Chicken, an East Asian chicken wing bar on the Lower East Side at 71 Clinton St. Diners can pick between Korean- and Southern-fried with a choice of sauces, like Szechuan peppercorn and sea salt, habanero kimchi or gochujang Buffalo.
