Serial real estate hunter Sarah Jessica Parker has finally found a buyer for her Greenwich Village townhouse, after several price cuts and nearly three years on the market, Daily News real estate editor Katherine Clarke has learned. The property, a spectacular Greek Revival townhouse at 20 E. 10th St., between Fifth Ave. and University Place, has gone into contract, last priced at $22 million.
