Sam Worthington argues against civil case

Sam Worthington's response to a civil case brought from a photographer he allegedly hit is to state the paparazzo knew the ''risk'' when he decided to follow him with his camera. The 'Avatar' actor was cleared of assault earlier this year following an altercation with Sheng Li in February but the photographer has brought a $10 million civil lawsuit against him and girlfriend Lara Bingle for inflicting injury and slander and the 38-year-old actor has now submitted a response.
