Sarah Jessica Parker relists stunning Greenwich Village townhouse for $22M

She and hubbie Matthew Broderick have listed their Greenwich Village pad for a whopping $22 million, $3 million more than they paid for it just three years ago. The "Sex and the City" star bought the posh, 6,800-square-foot townhouse, at 20 E. 10th St., for $19 million in 2011 and renovated it from top to bottom but never lived there.
