Sarah Jessica Parker cuts $2.05 million off house price

Sarah Jessica Parker has cut $2.05 million off the asking price for her New York mansion. The 'Sex and the City' star has been forced to drop the price of the 6,800-square-foot townhouse in Greenwich Village to $19.95 million after it failed to sell for $22 million, reports the New York Daily News, The historic property - which is listed on website Zillow - was purchased by the 49-year-old actress and her husband Matthew Broderick in 2011 and has failed to find a buyer since they first listed it for $25 million in 2012.
