City Urban Realty, Madison Realty Capital acquire Greenwich Village site for USD27.5m

City Urban Realty and Madison Realty Capital said they have acquired 14-16 Fifth Avenue located in Greenwich Village in a direct transaction for USD27.5 million. The five-story building site is mixed-use residential and commercial property in the exclusive neighborhood immediately north of the newly rehabilitated Washington Square Park.
