Hollywood couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are preparing to take a hit on the property market after slashing the price of their New York City mansion again by just over $2 million . The actors purchased the Greenwich Village pad for $19 million in 2011 and carried out a number of renovations, but never officially moved into the home.
