Elliot Morales, New York Gay Hate Crime Suspect, May Plead Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity

The man charged with gunning down a gay man in a vicious Greenwich Village hate crime this spring may plead not guilty by reason of insanity, his attorney said Tuesday.
